I don't think a blower will help on those. That's a dig-them-out-with-your-hands job.

Amy, don’t let them harass you about the "growing" gutters! With the huge amount of rain we have had this year, weeds are rampant. I spent a major portion of Sunday working my butt off weeding and applying Preen (and watering it in) to the hosta beds. Yesterday, the weeds were growing again!! Actually so is the butt that I worked off!
