Anyone know what the max weight is that they'll pick up in the green garbage cans? We pulled up old ceramic floor tile and the can if full-and very heavy. I couldn't find anything on the village website. Thx...

Well I guess if the can is still full when I get home, it weighs more than 50 lbs (which I'm sure it does)!

I don't think that weight limit applies to the carts, just 33 gallon cans.

Speaking of cans. When the Village made the switch to the carts, the hauler erroneously picked up the blue cans that I wanted to keep. We called the Village a couple of times now over the last couple of months and they've said they'll get us some back but they haven't yet. They mentioned that it happened to others. Did anyone else have the same issue and get it resolved satisfactorily?
