It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and fully upgraded throughout (hardwood floors, granite, marble, stainless/etc). Beautiful kitchen. Formal DR. Full finished basement w/ playroom & media area. Walk to town and train. Ben Franklin school. Near Lake Ellyn.

Far more important is that the lucky tenant would obtain several exclusive 'intanglible' benefits with this home.

Such as: best parking spot and party locale for 4th of July festivities; super close proximity to the Glen Ellyn BBQ extravaganza; and the splendors of Coveted Lake Ellyn..with the possibility of a Clamato sighting here and there.

I know there is one on the corner of Park/Anthony that's a rental that is available. Looks like Patty Murray has it listed for sale, but usually it is rented.

She owns that house. Must be trying to get out of the rental market.

Might help to clean up the yard a bit. I expect to see a car propped up on cinder blocks in that yard.
