So, those you who know me from this board know that there are some horrible horrible animals that live across the street from me. I can't begin to explain how horrible these mutts are. They continually bark and serve no rightful purpose other than to annoy me and my neighbors.

Anyways, so I'm meandering down the major highway that is my village street after getting off of the train today.....and what do I see in front of this house of dog hell?

A FOR SALE SIGN!!!

I'm so happy I feel like I'm in orbit.

Congratulations Fan, now there are perhaps 20 houses for sale on Western!

I bet that house will sell quickly - if they priced it right.

Ya know, they'll probably throw the dogs in with the sale of the house. One realtor I know said she learned of that happening. The buyers loved the seller's dog so much, they threw the dog in with the sale.

Fan, I noticed that they had been doing some work on that house in the past few months and wondered if they were getting ready to list it. Sure enough on my way home yesterday I saw the For Sale sign.
I think the new owners will need an inflatable NASCAR lawn ornament to go with the robe wearing, beer drinking, smoking man yellin his holiday greetins to the neighbors.
