Exactly my point! (Well, one of them, anyway.) Even if they aren't occupied, shouldn't the owner make some effort to make them look like they are? There's something very cold about them, otherwise; I suppose it's because of how flush they are to the sidewalk. There's no greenspace, just masses and masses of brick and concrete and yawning, empty windows. |

Correct me if I am wrong but don't unoccupied units get taxed differently? If so then I do care if the Mews or any other project gets completed and occupied.
