A small house on Forest, S of Turner, sprouted a "FOR SALE" signe maybe a week ago. Today it said "SOLD." It is the 3d one down on this page. The house is described as "inhabitable" and being sold "as-is".
I realize it is a huge lot (90' wide) backing onto a private park, but it kinda beggars my belief that in this economy there are folk out there eager to drop a half mill on a lot. Wow! Will be interesting to see the size of the house that goes up there... |
