I wondered the same thing, Scotty. I saw a police car in the lot and one sort of blocking the Prairie Path. I wonder if this has anything to do with it.
It was nice to see Glen Ellyn officers out last night walking Main Street during the HP party. Nice gathering, especially for our younger citizens. Kudos to the Bookstore, the Library and the other merchants who took part in last night's festivities.
The HP thing was pretty good last night, but I remember the 2005 occassion as a little more lively and organized. Many of the booths weren't up and running in ernest until alomst 9:45 last night. I must add though that the festivities at the Wheaton Borders reallllly stunk. My wife preordered this book back in February, so I was pretty much stuck as to where I was picking it up last night.
Death Count so far...4 and No I will not say who. Mark me as a loser, I have to try and read as much of it as possible, my wife will have it finished by this afternoon, even if she is reading it at work.

To the topic of the bank robbery, I commend the FBI and GE for releasing the photos of the suspect, as so graciously mentioned here in this Daily Herald article...One problem with the article, if the picture was SOOOOO important, why do you print the picture with the article?
See, if GE had fewer banks, there would be fewer robberies!
We were out of town for the HP release. Went to the midnight party in Glen Arbor, MI. Finished the book Sunday. IT was good....but this statement that two people die would be completely inaccurate in my counting. Then again, I went to school in Indiana which my husband claims means that I received a sub-standard education! However, I guess it depends on how you count who the "inner circle" of Harry really is.
