oh boy, here we go...

Wife claims the manhole covers by the library are 'gurgling'.

I'm going to be pissed if the sewer backs up again.

Anyone know if the village made a determination for the sewer backups this past September?

p.s. if you say, "it rained a lot" that is not acceptable.

I think you mean Main and Fairview which is the intersection by Sunset Park. That happens all the time during rains like today.
