I was wondering the same thing. That monument got tagged good, someone had to have hit it at a good clip.

Have you checked the police blotter in the local papers? They never miss anything.

Safety first! I think blocking the lane is a smart thing to do. Look how many times people have hit that thing.

I've been meaning to take some piccies of our "very unique and hard-to-find another just like it" beloved horse trough, and also of its identical cousin — Wheaton's horse trough at the corners of Front and Hale, for a while now.
