Here's a thread, in honor of Yossarian, to memorialize those posters who have left us, for one reason or another:

Momof3inGE
TA Superette
Poissons
Kevin Spengel

They are missed.

I miss Jen....and PM and Swampdawg...Momof3inGE was thinking of moving out of town...I wonder if she ever did. I don't miss Phleabag or Fish.

A memorial would be a fitting place for you to mourn their disappearance, M2C.

Once Clam hits 10K...the Clamato character is going away. The name will forever be etched on the GEBB Memorial...for all to see....for all eternity. That is unless GE Fan does it on the cheap like the buffoon that built the Glen Ellyn Millennium Floral Clock. Then the Clamato name will only be around to read for 3-5 years.

I know a spot on Glen Ellyn Place, the lawn is meticulously cared for and there's a dead tree that needs to be removed, that would be a great spot for a memorial. I'm sure the property owner will have no issue with it, he has a strong need to be loved by all. Big Grin

You realize that I hate everyone, correct? All of you. Ask Fan. He knows my disdain for the general public.

That being said, the dead tree belongs to my neighbor. I have given him the hint that it may be gone. A dead ash tree in Du Page County isn't that rare. Actually, perhaps the village should send someone out to look at it. Maybe they'll rid him of it for free.

Yeah, the total lack of leaves in the Spring should have been his first hint. I bet if he called the GE Park District they'd do it for free, they're just itching to fire up those chain saws.

I guess GooseNapper wasn't quite dead yet...

And I'll bet Consider Phlebas is hopping around furious that his name is never gotten quite right.
