I saw someone working on the roof of the old carpet store today. It only took them three years to get up there and fix those leaks.

Here's a good idea. . . . . Fix it when it started leaking and maybe. . . . just maybe you would have been able to keep your prior tenants.

Think of all the money you would have saved on plaster and flooring repair.
