Having moved to GE about a year ago - we are still seeking a top notch pizza delivered to our door.

We like a little thicker Pizza (not thin Italian style).

We like Giodarnos' (altho would rather use local if we could) and Barone's

Any other recomendations please?

thanks!

Ummm, Barone's delivers. You'll usually get the same dude everytime. Unsure about Giordanos and if they deliver.

it's been years (decades really), but i used to order from here:

Michael's Pizzeria, 21W051 Roosevelt, Lombard, IL, 630/629-3340

i stopped because barone's is our family favorite. and why mess with a good thing?

Papa Saverio's double dough and deep dish are both pretty tasty.

if you order from here, ask them to please cook it before delivering.

;^p

another suggestion is to ask them to cook it "well done."

or, just call barone's.

There's a Lou Malnati's in Wheaton or Carol Strteam that will deliver to GE. In my opinion, they're the top of the heap.

I second that. Michaelangelos Pizza in Wheaton is okay. I wasn't a fan, however, I'm seeing really good reviews. They are on College.

They make a huge 'football' pizza. Good for a crowd or family.

Tried this on the w/end - Superb Sausage and mushroom! Better than Barones for sure (on a one try only basis of assessment)

We're big fans of the Papa Saverio's double dough; haven't had any issues with it being undercooked. In fact, I think the delivery guys know us by name.

Jack Straw's in Wheaton is good--depending on what side of Main St (GE) you're on, they will deliver. Otherwise they have a drive through pick up window.
