Anyone know of any activity or rehab going on at the former Antiques store on Penn next to Baird & Warner?

2.5 - 3 years ago it was being rehabbed to be turned into a gourmet/healthy grocery and deli, but stopped construction around the time Honey came around.

Saw that all of the paper has been removed from the windows and saw some cars parked in the lot yesterday.

Any news going on there? Would be a great location for... something. At least it has an attached lot.
