What's up a Einstein? Closing shop or just a redesign?

Almost everything is pulled out and thrown on the back of a dumptruck as of 8 PM on Sunday night. Workers are still there throwing out everything.

What? You telling me a bagel shop extorted into giving free food and coffee to every PADS client that walks in their shop can't survive?!?!?!

I could be wrong (I often am), but I thought I saw a truck with new reach in coolers in front. I'm thinking a remodel.

I'm there every Monday for breakfast, I hope we don't need to change.

They'll be back open on Thurs. Not that I care.

Phew! For a minute there I wasn't sure where the PADS guests would go!

They already had a new paint job started before closing for this more extensive part of the remodel. In the summer, we end up at Einstein's a lot because the kids eat them everyday when they are running. It hasn't been that bad with PADS guests when I've been there...

I agree...I just stopped in last week to pick up a box o' bagels for my dentist's office <he did a procedure for free...figured they deserved a little something for it> and everything was fine & dandy in there...
