btw, again, he's not homeless. he lives on hillside just west of bryant. has lived there for decades.

As I've said before, Tony is selling beer to minors (and drinking himself). Chief of police knows but guess they haven't caught him yet.

Related note: I went to court as witness for Wayne Nulicki(sp?). I called the cops on him several times but the last time they charged him with Disorderly conduct for following an employee of mine to her car asking for money. he was also caught trying to enter a home and truck on Hill the same day. happened to see a friend in court who was a witness for that crime. He ACTUALLY showed in court and pled guilty. No idea the fine, etc but at least the police did something (after i turned him in). He wasn't charged for b/e since the doors were locked and I guess without seeing him enter the house/truck, they just stuck with the DOC charge for the day.

We'll see if he sits on that bench by Starbucks anymore. Guessing he'll be back shortly to raise money for his fine. FYI: this is the long/grey-haired/bearded man who sits on the bench asking everyone for money. If he keeps up the aggressive panhandling, call him in!
