When we were on vacation, my husband noted a meal when we actually all received our orders correctly. When we do drive-through, I always have the kids check their food before we leave the lot.
I'm not sure if it is simply laziness, lack of intelligence, or poor attention to detail, but good service in many areas has become the exception rather than the rule.
