Has anyone seen this "coming soon" sign across from McD's on Roosevelt?

The name sounds like a PADS shelter.

I saw that the other day, tried to google it and got nothing. Maybe it will be like The Soupbox, but with meat.

Worst name to come along in quite some time.

I will bet it changes prior to opening.

That name is Jay Leno-esque, almost as bad [good?] as The House of Poon.

LOL! I think this new establishment should just go with: House of Meat.

Every so often, I get a hankerin' for some Pho Pasteur - my fave is Seafood Noodle & Broth Pho - so I head over to the House of Poon, I mean, the Vietnam Bistro over in Carol Stream. It's right where The Hamlet used to be, on Schmale and North.

I confess though, that every time I hit The Bistro, I keep hearing that black guy from the radio ads for "Am I living the High Life?" [Miller High Life, that is]:

"Bistro? What the heck is a bistro?"

I wouldn't go to Lao Sze Chinese on Ogden in DG, I hear the food is lousy.

I am thinking of signing a lease in town and opening The House of Frozen Burritos, Toilet Paper and Inexpensive Milk.

And yes, it will succeed.
