Do we have a village arborist? All the willows here seem to be in decline and some of the others have already been cut down.

Does this look like a personal injury law suit waiting to happen?
I don't believe any of the commercial property owners could get away with such an obvious slip hazard. These bricks have been wet since they turned on the fountain. Its only a matter of time before the green slippery slime grows and someone slips here. What were they thinking? Did they get a permit????? I hope the Village has some great insurance!
