i do take issue with this sign. how can they legally tow your car, if you are a customer, park in their lot, yet have a for sale sign in your vehicle/

It's private property, they can legally tow anyone they want to. May not be good business, but it's not a legal issue.

You think Nika or Fan would chime in on the legality of a for sale sign in your vehicle, while shopping at Giesche's and utilizing their customer parking.
