Appears that a dentist is interested in the space that belonged to Karen's Corner. Don't see how that benefits the downtown business district...but it is an odd space that can't really be used for much.

I think you would need to DRILL down into his business plan to see how he will be FILLING his schedule with patients. If he can BRUSH up on the demographics of GE, he can CLEAN up.
