I was on a bike ride Saturday on the PP and saw a homeless guy sleeping just outside the PADS main office in Wheaton! His head was literally against the north facing wall of the PADS building. Guess there all about helping the homeless as long as they don't sleep in their facility.

Rent? You think he pays anything? Of course you have to really enjoy the outdoor life. If you play your cards right and panhandle, you can actually make some money. Have the little ones practice a pouty look.
