FYI, I put down another fine lunch at Naf Naf today, and they have posted signs and some artist's renderings of the new Naf Naf location that they will be moving to in August (according to their signage - which probably means more like September, we'll see).
So, that's good news for Glen Ellynites as it'll be a little bit closer. The new location is on Freedom Drive which is the street that the new I-88 Naperville Road exits dump out at.

And Jason's Deli and Taco Fresco and Einsteins and White Chocolate Grill(?) and Subway. If lunchtime business is their bread and butter, it's a wise move. The new location is walking distance to my office, so I could single-handedly boost their revenue number. There are a lot of offices along Diehl with pudgy folks like me not packing lunches. Not to mention DeVry and Northern IL extension campuses.
Their location right now is a little tough to spot and hell on earth to pull back out of. It sits in one of those spots on a busy street in between two lights where it seems like there is NEVER a break in traffic to make a left. Like the Ace hardware on Roosevelt in GE.
Plus, the existing building is kinda small. They had a lunch line of about 12 customers the other day and I bailed for an alternative without even going in (one register and it's all cooked to order). Not enough room for expansion.
Don't use your evil influence to screw this up for me, Clam.....
