Does anyone have any ideas for the old convenient store / Glen Ellyn Bank space by the train station? I always thought that this space was very underutilized given all the train and prairie path foot traffic that the location gets. I would personally like to see something really forward thinking like a VCR repair shop or a custom buggy whip store. That would definitely jump start the CBD.
