I appreciate the kind words from many of my BB buddies. I'm a big hugger and if you were all here, I'd give you each a big one!

As a matter of fact, I was thinking that I need to invite all of you over for some Bourbon Slushie as soon as we get done re-building our sub-floor and putting in new hardwood...wow, what a task! I'll let you know when it happens.
Tennwlkr: I thank you for the apology. I love GE and have been on this BB for a long time, invested much time at meetings in town and at school board meetings, and have talked extensively with neighbors and friends about issues here in town. I assure you, I care deeply and some of the comments made by you seemed to dismiss it....anyway, the apology starts us off with a clean slate. I'm sorry if I seemed to take things too personally but this is personal and should be for most GE residents. It's the only thing we definitely have regardless of the economic condition of downtown - it should reflect the passion and care we all really do have regardless of how we express it.
Have a great night!
