When and why did Emilios in Wheaton close it doors?

What little I know about the restaurant business leads me to believe that they may not have had enough customers to keep the doors open.
When? Not certain.

place was very good, but every time we went there, it was empty. I think the empty thing is telling.

Might be moving to Yorktown. I hope anyways. I know Emilio. Great guy and a hard worker. That's the new hot place to have a restaurant.

Drove by today. The sign in the window said new tapas restaurant - something Galicia.

Word on the street is that the manager is re-opening. Different name, different management.
