So which was casa Arten, Lenox good, better, or best?

I can only hope a commemorative plaque is planned. Mineral springs, baseball game, train depot, historic district, Arten homestead...

We were the first to sell, the last to move out and the highest priced.

Undoubtedly due to the expansive coach-house. Is that the building that the PD will be retaining for storage? Or perhaps they'll turn it into bathrooms?

My compliments, madam. Pretty tough to fault any aspect of that transaction!

The garage is insulated and heated. I think they're keeping that. The "coach house" may be used for storage or torn down too. I don't know what house has the asbestos issue.

Should have negotiated rights to continue to use the garage occasionally. Working on the Jeep in my driveway sucks.
