I'm not a big Cub's fan but I couldn't stand seeing the "kites are like birds" thread and Clam's name every time I logged on.

Well, I'm a bit concerned about Lou's lineup so far. If the Roberts deal finally goes through, things will shake out a little better. I just don't want to give up too much for him.

why do they have to practice at COD?

Since their inception they were banished to Lombard Park District facilities if you can believe that. Now that they are going to be a varsity team, they have found some practice space in their own town. Works out well for their feeder teams, though. Once their practice is over...they can head over to Village Green down the road and help out with the juniors. Hint, hint.
