Red Sox clinch as the Yankees are victims of their own come-from-behindism...I hate the Yankees. Awesome two out squeeze by Baltimore in the 10th.

Cubs clinch, Red Sox clinch....could it possibly happen? No...no it can't. Put it out of your minds.

Hey little. Within seconds of Milwaukee sucking their way out of the race, Coppersmith yells to me across my vast estate. "HEY RON! CUBS WIN!" Little do you know the work I did to assure this minor victory.

I swore that was El Duque on the mound for the Cubs the other night with the bases loaded and no one out. Wonderful memories.

Please BoSox just beat the Yankees.

AAhh, Ernie is still alive.

Try Leo Durocher for the win.

I have a long history of having people spin in their graves while they are alive.

Nobody knows how much I hate the Yankees more than Ruydah. He finally told me to stop talking about it. Said my hatred was getting old.

Clam: You just knew when it got to game 7 that Cleveland was gagging. But with all due respect to the Red Sox Nation, wasn't that job by Cleveland the worst coaching and managing job this side of Dusty Baker?

Skinner got fired as the Cleveland manager and now coaches third (like an idiot) for the guy who should now be fired. He pulls Westbrook just when he's finally got it figured out. Then, when Betancourt clearly has nothing, he lets him pitch AGAIN to Dustin? It's game 7 idiot. Manage like it.

Or maybe the ghost of Grady Little was on the bench...

ronkas,

I know you mean well, but I need to let you in on a little secret: Trying to discuss baseball strategy with Clam is a hopeless discussion. Believe me...I've tried. I gaurantee you when he read your post the thought "Dustin, who?" came up in his head.

Need to know how much cuff should be visible on your suitcoat sleeve? He's your man. Need to know how to make a Bouquet Garni? There's no one better. But for your own sanity, leave him out of any discussion that involves sports.

He may know who Grady is.
