I am opening the Bells & Whistles Snackery. It would be wonderful to showcase rotating memorabilia. Sports Items, Cheer, band, uniforms from old GE shops. Items from past parades, movie outings, class photo's, train tickets...of course items and photos from Woods and Webbs during their Soda Fountain Days would be wonderful.
A drawing of Woody Webb advertising his participation as the Auctioneer at a Stacy's Tavern Fundraiser September 12, 1971 was found while doing demolition work at the space. The initials of the artist are B.G. I'd love to know who did it and/or see photos of the event. Feel free to contact me regarding the above or other Bells & Whistles Info. |

I think the artist may have been Robert Flanagan. Perhaps you have heard of him. He was quite the local celebrity at the time. I believe his picture was taken at City Hall, and there was an article in the paper...
