I had the good fortune to watch the Storytelling Festival at Lake Ellyn last night. My two crafty adolescents told their stories along with kids from Glen Ellyn, Lombard, and Villa Park. This program was run by the libraries in these communities, and staged by Marie Ringenberg, a Glen Ellyn resident.

If any of you have had the bad luck to herd cats for 5 days, you must know how Marie feels. Kudos to the Library for putting this together.

Crime Note: Dogs were at the park last night, and they were selling Cold Stone ice cream. No casualties reported.
