Anyone have a recommendation for a guitar teacher?

What part of "no" don't you understand?

There is someone on Hill a few doors down from me like the 800 block. I see kids daily walking with their parents with guitars in their hands. I swear-at first I thought it was one big 'Rock Star'/Wii party or something, but then I continually saw it every day and someone mentioned there is a man on my block that does guitar lessons. It escapes me but I'll try to dig up name/number.

How I wish, how I wish you were here. We're just two lost souls Swimming in a fish bowl, Year after year,
Running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.

Sure thing! I'll keep a look out/ear out. I was distracted today (damn work) and wasn't on the board much these past few days.

The house is a few doors down. Maybe I'll knock and see who answers. Worse case scenerio, maybe Craig's list too. There is a listing for a teacher Glen Ellyn, But again, who knows, you would rather have a referral. This ad may be him though...

That guitar teacher is named Matthew Avery and he can be reached at 901-4196 - that's 630 area code. Smile

He has taught lessons for 13 years to many, many local students. He recently relocated to the South side of the tracks.

Hey thanks! Saved me a trip from knocking on some stranger's door. He must have bought one of the neighbor's houses a while back.

Add my thanks! I'll have to call and get my son back on guitar before he decides he wants to play the drums...
