Hey all you lawyers! A friend's sister is on her third lawyer and can't seem to get one who will actually fight for her. She could really use the help - 7-year old little boy has special needs. "Dad" (I'm using the term lightly) is a scumbag. Example: He had the child this weekend, little boy called Mom crying, "Is Santa real?" with adults in the background yelling, "NO!"
