I need a good bartender for a holiday party

My first choice (Roger) would burst my budget, so I'm looking for suggestions.

Roger.....cheap ***.

Serve cheaper gin. Bitter Boy won't care after the third martini.

We always use Party-Mates. They are located in Plainfield. Great people and very reasonable.

I'd love to, but the CFO put the clamps on my spending.

Plus I 've got to find some new gun toting punks to keep Fan away from my Christmas display. I hear the El Rukns are more reasonably priced.

Can the bartender grope your male guests? Is it ok if she passes out on your front lawn before the party is over?

She then becomes part of the Christmas decorations.

That bartender was the best, Candidate. I was stunned that Mrs. Candidate did not find her as charming as the rest of the guests.

The only gin suitable for a martini is Beefeater. Discussed this thoroughly in a Vittorio's thread somewhere. A "friend" of mine served me Gordon's with tonic once - actually, not too bad with lots of lime. On second thought, Gordon's sucks a$$. Don't you even. BTW, what happened to my topless waitress idea? I'd pony up for that.

Try this place Bartending Academy

What is your budget if you don't mind me asking? And what kinds of drinks would said bartender have to make?

Went with KK116's suggestion.

We will be developing a martini menu based on our guests feedback on Evite. We'll probably limit it to five selections.

You won't be disappointed. Remember: people tend to drink more when you have a bartender. Remind your staff not to pour too heavy. I did not do this once, and wound up with several
overnight guests!

I should make it clear, these people were luggage by 9:30. But, I am sure your friends have more class than mine do.

I once volunteered to tend bar at an in laws wedding reception. Kept a full glass of good scotch near my right hand the whole night. Jabbered away and poured strong drinks all evening. Thought I was the greatest bartender.

Worst hangover EVER. Woke up the next day smelling lake a stale bar rag. Opened my eyes to see my wife's face glaring daggers at me. brrrrrrrr.

A million dollars plus free O'bama health care would not get me to do that again.
