i don't know if anyone is opposed to spending cuts - it's just what's being cut that poses an issue. For example, I myself, although I almost always for yes on school bond issues, and was totally for adding airconditioning to schools in my district, cannot understand why turf is such a need at Glenbard West - unless they can find totally private funding both now and for future upkeep - and that's just the money angle - not sure turf is such a great idea.
