My freshman told me that there was a fight between an Andy Frain and a janitor in at West today and that another janitor called the police to break it up. Knives may have been involved....anyone else get a similar story?

i have heard about more fighting in the halls this year, often girl on girl....but not this one...

Just got back from dropping three juniors off for the ACT; they were talking about this same fight. One said someone was "shanked" outside of Biester; another said there was a fight between the janitor and someone from a construction company, then they kind of put two and two together and thought it might have been the same incident. They all agreed police were called (by a teacher, apparently).

Also, there's a helicopter hovering over the tracks right now and the radio just said the Union Pacific West Line trains are running behind because of "police activity in Glen Ellyn." Anyone know anything about this?

Jeez - a 19-year-old? I know so many young men that age in this town. I hope to goodness the victim isn't one of them.

I drove down Crescent AVENUE this morning around 7:15. I aw four police cars and an abandoned Nissan SUV by the tracks. That is all I know.

Guy was conscious and breathing after getting hit by a train?! Who is this guy, Iron Man?

Surprised the delay was so short after an accident. I remember past delays of over an hour - tho those were fatalities.

I never though about that. I'm getting soft in my old age and new practice.
