got an automated call @ 11:09pm that said 'Glen Ellyn Schools' are cancelled on friday due to power issues. They didn't say WHAT DISTRICT!!!!!

anyone know for sure?

We got that call at 10:45pm...we assumed it was 41 because D87 is not just a Glen Ellyn schools. I was then waiting for a call from the highschool but it never came. We still have no electricity....nor does Hadley, but in our travels dropping off our freshman this morning we noticed that Forest Glen did have power.

WooHoo!! I was able to dry my flowing mane this morning. Power came back on around 5 PM.

Such are the benefits of living in the CLE area. I feel bad for all you other suckers.

I did. 7:30ish. Went into voicemail. I figured you had caller ID and wisely opted not to take my call.

I was in the line at starbucks at that time. My phone does not show any calls from you. I take back my "jerk" comment.
