One of the items on the agenda for the Park District Workshop meeting on Tuesday evening (6 October) is the School District's proposal for an artificial turf system at Memorial Park.
By the way, the Legislative Breakfast on 3 October at Glen Crest Middle School was very useful and informative. We got to meet and hear from the Assistant Superintendents for financial affairs of Districts 41, 87, and 89, along with State Rep Sandra Pihos and Peg Agnos of Legislative Education Network of DuPage. The open discussion was energetic and covered a lot of ground.
