At last night's meeting they had a recognition for a number of teen groups that were confronting bullying at the high school level. One of the groups was a number of openly gay students at GBW, and to be honest I was pretty proud of these kids. I admire their courage and willingness to be recognized for who they are. I don't pretend to know how they are received by their peers, but in some way I see this indication of real progress with being tolerent of others.

I know when I was in high school (Carter was President) that would have been unheard of and the kids would have probably been sent away to a psych hospital or worse.

Kudos to these kids and lets hope they steer clear of those pot smoking ner do wells on GE Place.

all those kids (prism, j.kyle braid, etc.) were the BEST part of last night. West at it's best.
