The excitement is building for today's crosstown classic! The sportsmanship displayed last year was much more important than the result. Let's hope that continues today. Go underdog Raiders! Go favored Hilltoppers!

My daughters friends from South have been bragging about their win since last year. You know that there will be some bragging this year too.

FYI yesterday West's Freshman A won 45 to 0 and Freshman B won 21 to 0. Judging by the scowls on the faces of the South fans, I don't think the weekend games did much for "town unity".

If you're looking for me to agree...
.........I do. It was funny. That simply cannot be denied. Now do something to heal the wounds that this game has brought upon the community. Now is the time to heal. And perhaps we should ban any future meetings between these two teams. Just didn't work out the way it was probably planned. |
