I don't know whether they said that or not, and I really do not feel like watching those "highlights" again to find out! If so, Coach Zook should be very happy.

I had quite a bit of supplemental commentary being provided so I was not as focussed on the audio as you may have been - a$$.

I warned you about my "mood." Big Grin

That might explain why I saw you licking a donut box. That was unexpected. I guess that's what happens when you peer into people's windows. Eek

Could you please pass the crumpets?

What part of "no" don't you understand?

It was not a donut box, it was a Pop 'Ems box - Entemann's glazed donut holes - much smaller, but still 55 calories a pop!!

The presence of those in our house is further evidence of why you should not take children along to the grocery store.

Fish - Crumpets? I can't follow your thought pattern this early - and please don't start with the "dozy doats" talk. Smile

While I have no doubt that it was a typo...is it not acceptable usage?

Why do you pick on this poor woman?

That is a totally acceptable spelling, and it makes more sense phonetically - much like buses and busses. Razz

from Merriam Webster:

Main Entry:
2 focus
Function:
verb
Inflected Form(s):
fo·cused also fo·cussed; fo·cus·ing also fo·cus·sing
Date:
1775
transitive verb
1 a: to bring into focus b: to adjust the focus of (as the eye or a lens)
2: to cause to be concentrated <focused their attention on the most urgent problems>
3: to bring (as light rays) to a focus : concentrate

Go West - stay focussed (or focused) on being the best!!
Smile

Congratulations to the Hitters - Bob Sakamoto's final Top 20 football rankings place the team at #2, after the undefeated 8A champion Maine South Hawks.

The Tribune's All-State Football Team includes two Hitters - Theo Odom and Chris Watt. Garrett Richards earned a spot on the Second Team and Special Mentions were awarded to Robert Cook and Bryant Venson.

You can vote online for the best player in the state - St. Francis' Kachmer has an early lead, but I'm betting Goro will take it all.

Who is the Best Player in the State?

Way to go West!!

Any chance for similar success this year?
